The Syntesi Concrete Mixer Range is designed and built to solve the typical problems of the traditional concrete mixers. The transmission system inserted in the arm and the convenient worm screw tilting system make it noiseless and lightweight, and at the same time sturdy and reliable. The range is from 140 litres to 350-litre mixing capacity. Suitable for either site or semi-production mixing of concrete and flooring screeds.
- Imer Mixing System-The Imer mixing system is developed through various distinguishing points: the type of largebased drum with reinforcement, the particular geometry of the mixing paddles and the low drum speed. The material mixed, analysed by the system of progressive screens, is homogeneous and well blended.
- Bolted Mixing Paddles-The mixing paddles are bolted for easy replacement; the drum is more resistant to the risks of breakage, which are higher in correspondence with the welding spots in the case of welded paddles.
- Special Bushings for Reliable Tilting-The arm rotation bushings for tilting the drum are made of special antifriction polyamide material fitted with grease nipple. They feature high resistance against wear and abrasion and ensure reliability and durability especially in continuous use. Outside Controls “Within Reach” -The electric switch and power plug are positioned directly in the tilting control area, so they are always easy to use.
- Thermal Protection- All machines with electric motor are fitted with IP 55 switch with no-volt coil. Thermal protection protects the motor against overload; the no-volt coil prevents the machine from being started again inadvertently after a power failure.
- Maximum Safety for the Operator- All moving parts is adequately protected. Quick Drive Belt Tensioning-Tensioning the motor drive belt is easy and safe.
- High Resistance Belt- The motor drive belt is made of high-resistance Poly-V and is housed in the arm compartment of the drum suitably protected by a guard.
- Gear Motor- The adoption of the gear motor ensures protection against accidental overturning and offers maximum safety, eliminating all the possible risks typical of traditional machines.
